Billing
Billing Policy
Lootable may offer seller-facing paid tools over time. This policy explains how pricing, renewals, refunds, credits, and payment disputes are handled when paid features are available.
On this page
When this policy applies
This Billing Policy applies whenever Lootable offers paid features, including subscriptions, listing boosts, promoted placement, credits, or similar seller tools.
If a checkout page, offer screen, or promotional flow includes more specific pricing details, those transaction-specific terms apply in addition to this policy and the Lootable Terms of Service.
Pricing and charges
- Prices are shown at checkout or in the product flow where the paid feature is offered.
- Taxes, processor fees, currency conversion fees, or similar charges may apply depending on your payment method and location.
- Paid visibility, promotion, or subscription status does not guarantee views, messages, transactions, revenue, or ranking outcomes.
Subscriptions and renewals
If Lootable offers subscription products, those subscriptions may renew automatically at the interval shown during checkout until cancelled.
- You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if you do not want the next charge.
- Changes to subscription pricing or packaging may apply at the next renewal period after notice where required by law.
- Access to subscription benefits may be suspended if payment fails or if the account is restricted for policy abuse.
Boosts, credits, and promotional products
One-time boosts, credits, and promotional products are consumed according to the product rules shown when purchased or activated.
- Credits or boosts may expire if a promotional program says they do.
- We may limit eligibility, frequency, geography, or inventory types for paid promotion tools.
- Promotional benefits may be revoked if obtained through abuse, fraud, chargeback behavior, or policy violations.
Refunds and cancellations
Except where required by law, payments to Lootable are final and non-refundable once the paid feature has been provisioned, activated, delivered, or used.
- If you cancel a subscription, cancellation usually stops future renewals rather than creating a retroactive refund.
- We may issue discretionary refunds, credits, or account adjustments in exceptional circumstances, but we are not obligated to do so.
- No refund is owed merely because a listing did not sell, a buyer did not respond, or a promotion did not perform as hoped.
Payment processing and failed payments
- Payments may be processed by third-party providers rather than directly by us.
- You authorize us and our processors to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts you approve.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend paid benefits, or require a different payment method before continuing access.
Chargebacks and billing abuse
Chargebacks, payment disputes, abusive refund activity, or fraudulent purchasing behavior may lead to account review, benefit revocation, collection efforts, or permanent loss of access to paid features.
Policy changes and contact
We may update this Billing Policy from time to time as Lootable introduces or revises paid features.
